LeaseLens is a $4.99, one-time, no-account lease reading service. You upload a residential lease, you get a plain-English analysis with statute citations, and we delete the document. These are the rules.
LeaseLens is an informational reading of a residential lease. It is not legal advice. It does not create an attorney-client relationship. Don’t use it as a substitute for a licensed attorney for anything consequential — eviction, security deposit disputes, habitability, or any signed agreement you’re uncertain about.
$4.99 USD per reading. One-time. No subscription, no account, no auto-renewal, no upsells. The price may change for future readings — we’ll never retroactively charge for a reading you’ve already received.
We delete the PDF you upload as soon as the reading is generated — usually within 60 seconds. By using LeaseLens you accept that we will not retain the original document for you. Save or download the reading promptly. Lost the link? You’ll need to upload again.
You may only upload leases where you have the legal right to do so:
You may not:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaseLens and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific reading at issue (i.e., $4.99 or the price you actually paid).
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the analysis is complete, accurate, or up-to-date with the most recent statutory amendments. Statutes change — verify any citation that matters against the official source linked in the reading.
For any dispute, please contact us first at support@leaselens.app — we resolve almost everything informally. If we can’t resolve a dispute within 30 days of written notice, the dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Consumer-protection rights granted by your local jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR consumer rights, EU consumer directives, state consumer-protection statutes) are not waived.
We may update these terms; the date at the top is authoritative. Material changes are surfaced on the homepage. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
